These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") govern all paid features, plans, and billing arrangements offered through Soline, a service owned and operated by Astyne LLC, a company based in Arizona, United States ("Astyne," "we," "us," or "our"). These Subscription Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Soline Terms of Service. By purchasing, activating, or using any paid feature or subscription (including but not limited to "Pro" or "Unlimited" plans), you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms.
1. Subscription Plans and Features
Soline may offer various subscription tiers that provide access to enhanced features, including but not limited to increased generation limits, premium outputs, faster performance, and additional customization options. The specific features included in each plan may change at any time. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any subscription tier without prior notice. Access to subscription features is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed to be available at all times.
2. Billing and Recurring Charges
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly) depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize Astyne LLC and its payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. Billing cycles renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and up to date. Failure to successfully process payment may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.
3. Pricing and Changes
All pricing is subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. If pricing changes, we may attempt to notify you, but we are not obligated to provide advance notice. Continued use of the subscription after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We may also introduce new fees, charges, or pricing tiers at any time.
4. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes, but is not limited to, partial billing periods, unused features, dissatisfaction with the Service, or accidental purchases. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any unused portion of a subscription.
You are solely responsible for canceling your subscription prior to the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged again.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by following the cancellation process provided within the Service. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.
We do not provide refunds for the remaining time after cancellation.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of such providers. Astyne LLC does not store full payment card information and is not responsible for payment processing errors, security breaches, or issues caused by third-party payment systems.
Billing descriptors may appear as "ASTYNE SERVICES" or similar on your bank or card statement.
7. Failed Payments and Account Suspension
If a payment fails or is declined, we may retry billing your payment method. If payment remains unsuccessful, we may suspend or terminate your subscription and restrict access to paid features until payment is successfully completed.
We reserve the right to charge any outstanding balances and to use collection methods where legally permitted.
8. Changes to Subscription Services
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any subscription plan or feature at any time without liability. This includes removing features, adjusting limits, or altering performance characteristics.
Your continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of such changes.
9. No Guarantees and Service Limitations
Subscription services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific results, performance levels, or outcomes from using paid features. Features such as generation quality, speed, or availability may vary based on system conditions and other factors.
We are not responsible for any perceived lack of value or expected results.
10. Abuse and Misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a user is abusing the Service, attempting to circumvent limits, engaging in fraudulent activity, or violating the Terms of Service.
11. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service. You agree to contact us at legal@astyne.com to resolve billing issues before initiating a dispute.
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide relevant information to payment processors.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astyne LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from subscription services, including but not limited to loss of access, feature changes, or dissatisfaction with the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the preceding twelve (12) months.
13. Changes to Subscription Terms
We may update or revise these Subscription Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of subscription services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
